2. Prohibited Shipments

You may NOT ship, transport, or facilitate delivery of: ILLEGAL & CONTROLLED ITEMS • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives • Stolen goods or goods with unclear ownership • Counterfeit currency or forged documents DANGEROUS GOODS • Hazardous materials without proper certification • Flammable or explosive substances • Radioactive materials • Biohazardous or infectious materials • Corrosive or toxic substances RESTRICTED ITEMS • Live animals (except with proper permits) • Human remains or body parts • Perishable goods without proper packaging • Items prohibited by local, national, or international law • Items subject to trade sanctions or embargoes

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT engage in the following activities on our platform: FRAUD & DECEPTION • Misrepresenting shipment contents • Filing false damage or loss claims • Identity theft or impersonation • Price manipulation or bid rigging ABUSE & SAFETY VIOLATIONS • Harassment or threats against riders, customers, or staff • Operating vehicles under the influence • Reckless driving or safety violations • Ignoring delivery instructions that protect safety OPERATIONAL VIOLATIONS • Tampering with shipments or seals • Opening packages without authorization • Theft or misappropriation of goods • Unauthorized subcontracting of deliveries TECHNICAL VIOLATIONS • Attempting to hack or compromise platform security • GPS spoofing or location falsification • Creating fake accounts or ratings • Interfering with platform operations

4. Rider Conduct Standards

Riders using the platform must: PROFESSIONALISM • Maintain a professional appearance • Communicate respectfully with customers • Handle packages with care • Follow delivery instructions accurately COMPLIANCE • Maintain valid licenses and permits • Keep vehicles in safe operating condition • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations • Complete required training and certifications INTEGRITY • Report incidents honestly and promptly • Not accept cash payments outside the platform • Not share customer personal information • Not engage in unauthorized side transactions

5. Logistics Company Responsibilities

Logistics Companies must: OPERATIONAL STANDARDS • Properly vet and onboard riders • Ensure riders meet all legal requirements • Maintain adequate insurance coverage • Respond promptly to customer complaints PLATFORM USAGE • Keep account information accurate and current • Not share access credentials • Report security concerns immediately • Maintain adequate funds for operations COMPLIANCE • Follow all applicable laws and regulations • Obtain necessary business licenses • Comply with data protection requirements • Cooperate with investigations when required

6. Data & Privacy

All users must: • Collect only necessary customer information • Store and transmit data securely • Not sell or share customer data without consent • Comply with data protection laws (NDPR, GDPR) • Honor data deletion requests • Use tracking data only for delivery purposes

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter violations of this policy: • Report to us at abuse@ojalogix.com • Include shipment ID, dates, and details • Provide evidence if available • Do not attempt to resolve dangerous situations yourself We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include: • Warning the violator • Suspending or terminating accounts • Withholding payments • Reporting to law enforcement

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in: IMMEDIATE ACTIONS • Account suspension • Shipment holds • Payment freezes ESCALATED ACTIONS • Permanent account termination • Forfeiture of pending payments • Legal action • Reporting to law enforcement • Insurance claim denial We may take action without prior notice for safety violations or severe misconduct.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through: • Email notification to account holders • Notice on our platform • Updates to the "Last updated" date below Your continued use of Ojalogix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
